Banking FAQ's
How much does it cost for Home Banking?
Home Banking is FREE to all credit union members! How
do I access Home Banking?
Click the Home Banking icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen. At
the Home Banking login screen, enter your six-digit member number and your
password, which is the same as your Maggie Access Code. What
if I don't remember my Maggie Access Code?
You will need to reactivate your Maggie account. You can do this by
calling 317-352-0423 option 3 during regular business hours, or sending us an
email.
We will tell you how you can reactivate your Maggie account so that you can use
Home Banking. Maggie is long-distance from me, and I don't
want to call to activate my Maggie account.
Call us or email us,
and we'll tell you how to enroll in Home Banking. How current
is the information on Home Banking?
Home Banking is online with our mainframe, so what you see is what we would see
if you called us or came into one of our offices. How long
does it take for my transactions to be processed?
Your transactions are processed immediately. Keep in mind that your MAC or
ATM/Check Card usually has a 24-48 hour delay from our online system, so a
transfer you make on Home Banking will still take at least 24 hours to show on
an ATM. I want to make transfers from one membership to
another. How can I do that?
The receiving member will need to complete a Cross-Member
Transfer Authorization Form. One owner on each membership affected
will sign this form. We can activate the Home Banking cross-member
transfer feature for you the same day we receive your completed form. One
form must be completed for each receiving member! For example, if you want
to transfer from your member number to your spouse's member number, your spouse
will need to complete a form. If you also want to transfer from your
spouse's member number to yours, you will need to complete another form. I'm
on your email list. Do you give other people my email address?
We respect your privacy. We do not reveal
any of your personal information, including your email address, to other people
or companies for purposes unrelated to your credit union accounts.
Is my information secure?
YES!!! Ensuring you have a secure online banking experience is our number
one priority. This level of security is achieved
