The credit union is committed to providing convenient online services to our members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!  Our secure web site provides access to Home Banking, a convenient Bill Payment service, Online Statements, Check Reordering, Electronic Check Images, an online Loan Application, current savings, checking, and loan rates, and more!

With Home Banking, you have access to all of your savings, checking, and loan accounts, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!  You can get current account and loan balances, obtain account and loan history, transfer between accounts and loans, and download transaction history for personal accounting software such as Intuit’s QuickenÒ(pre2005) or Microsoft’s MoneyÒ.  This is another FREE service from your credit union!

Our Bill Payment service is also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!  Bill Payment enables you to pay mortgage companies, utility companies, friends, relatives, and more just by clicking a few buttons!  With Bill Payment, you can send one-time payments or recurring payments, and you won’t need a check, an envelope or a stamp!  Bill Payment is FREE! 

Home Banking and Bill Payment are easy to use!  Just click the link on the right hand side of the page that says Home Banking.  You will be redirected to our secure Home Banking and Bill Payment site, where you will be asked to log in with your member number and PIN.

If you have never logged in to Home Banking, you will need to know your six-digit member number and your PIN, which is the same as your Maggie Access Code.  If you have never accessed Maggie, our Audio Response Telephone Service, you will use the last four digits of your social security number.  Once you log in to Home Banking, you will need to read and accept the Home Banking and Bill Payment Disclosure.  After you accept the disclosure, you will be asked to change your password.  We recommend that you use a combination of numbers and letters in your password for a higher level of security.

Once you are logged in to Home Banking, you can click the Account Access icon to obtain your account and loan balances, then click the link to any account or loan to obtain its history information.  You can also select Account Access to make transfers or export transaction history for use with QuickenÒ(pre2005) or MoneyÒ.  The Home Banking service also allows you to get stock quotes and track your stock portfolio!  Just click the Stock Quotes button at the top of the screen!

To use Bill Payment, click the Bill Payment icon.  You will see the Bill Payment Registration screen.  Click the link that says 'click here to register' online.  After you complete the registration form, we will approve your application and send you an email letting you know we received your application.  Once we approve your application, it takes 2-3 business days to set up your Bill Payment account.  When your Bill Payment account is ready, we will send you an email that says you can now log in to Bill Payment.

Bill Payment is really easy to use!  To pay a bill, you will first add your Payee.  Once your Payee is set up, you can quickly and conveniently Schedule Payments, either one-time or recurring.  To schedule a payment, you will select your payee, enter the dollar amount you want to pay, and the date you want to schedule the payment for.  The payment will be generated on the scheduled date, and the payment will be debited from your checking account the following day.  To avoid late payment charges from your payees, please allow 3-5 business days for your payee to receive payment.

Each Home Banking and Bill Payment screen has detailed instructions available.  To get these instructions at any time, simply click the Help icon at the top of the page.  If the Help screen does not completely answer your questions, send us your questions by clicking the email icon at the top of the screen or email us.  Any emails sent Monday – Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. will be answered within one hour.  All other emails will be answered no later than 9:00 a.m. the following business day.
