Applying for a Loan

Family Horizons members can apply for a loan in three easy steps:

1. Online
   For your convenience, you can apply for a mortgage or a personal loan online.

2. By phone
   You can apply by phone. Call the 317.352.0423

3. In branch
   For members who prefer to apply in person, simply drop by either of our two locations and any of our loan officers will gladly help you complete your application.

We’ll need to verify your income. If you’re not currently using direct deposit with Family Horizons, we’ll ask you to provide current income verification (current pay stub or tax statement).

Also, when applying for an auto loan, we’ll need vehicle details including year, make, model, mileage, VIN# and proof of insurance to complete the processing of your application.
