We’re making things easier with MessagePay!  MessagePay offers a FREE and convenient way for you to make a payment on your Family Horizons Credit Union loans and credit cards.  Payments can be made via text message or on our website, and you have access 24/7 from your smart phone, tablet, laptop, or a home computer.

How to use MessagePay:

• Click on the yellow “Make a Payment” button below. 
• The link will take you to an Account Lookup portal where you will be asked to verify your account with Family Horizons by entering your account number and date of birth of the primary borrower.
• Once you have entered your account number and the date of birth, you will be prompted to create a 4-digit PIN. We recommend storing this information in a secure place as you will use your 4-digit PIN to access MessagePay for future payments.
• Next, you will establish a payment method.  Click the “Methods” tab to add your preferred form of payment. You can do this by selecting “ADD NEW CARD” or “ADD NEW BANK” which will prompt a secure website for you to enter your debit card or account information.  You should receive confirmation that the payment method was successfully added, and you will then be redirected to the payment portal where you can view your loans and/or credit card balances and make a payment. 

Our new payment portal has lots to offer!  You can check your balances, see when your next payment is due, add or modify your payment methods, customize the payment amount, establish a payment schedule, view your MessagePay history, and set a future payment.
